Application Process

1. Download ApplicationforMightyOaksAcademyforMen2012.docx.pdf, complete and mail to Mighty Oaks Academy for Men (MOA)

2. A representative of MOA will contact you to discuss your interest and application.

If both parties agree to proceed in the application process, an interview with MOA’s leaders and teachers will be scheduled.

3. Upon completion of a successful interview, a “Letter of Acceptance” will be given to you. Upon your receipt of this document, we will request a “Letter of Intent”, stating your full commitment to the academy for the upcoming session.  You will have ten days to return this document.

4. Within 45 days of the post-marked date on the “Letter of Intent”, We will require a non-refundable $500.00 tuition deposit.  This deposit will secure your enrollment in Mighty Oaks Academy for Men.

5. Tuition for attending Mighty Oaks Academy is $6000.00.  Your MOA tuition includes room and board during your enrollment in MOA.  $3000.00 in addition to the $500.00 will be required two weeks prior to session kickoff, this amount is non refundable. Remaining tuition ($2000.00) will be paid in 10 monthly installments of $200.00, during your stay at MOA.


Circumstances involving financial hardship (inability to meet the financial requirements or time-line) will be dealt with on a case by case basis.  MOA is committed to working with the individual to meet the financial requirements of tuition.
